Cheerful place, it was fairly clean and had fast staff with a very friendly manner. The location was great for walking around The Lanes Shopping Centre.

The breakfast meal was gorgeous with all fresh food, pastries plus fruits. The location couldn't be more particularly good and unbeatable right in center.

reasonably priced rooms with overhead showers and a clean bed and an added sofa next to the bed, warm breakfasts. location: excellent, just next door to the alleyway below as well as costa. again, walking distance to the lanes shopping centre.

Perfect for Train Travelers
The location is perfect if you are taking the train, just 100 feet from the station! I loved the full English breakfast. It was a solid start to the day.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the experience.

Everything was fairly clean and good. En suite rooms with hot TV, bathrooms, clean enough shower, always welcoming staff. Lovely area, very central location not far from nightlife, and railway.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were all excellent. Hotel was very clean.
Price of drink at bar a bit over the top. No wine in bar at night and barman had no access to locked stock. Manager Barry told me in the morning the barman should have phoned him. Also only one type of draft lager running. Access for shower dangerous

Location, fast Wifi, big room
clairaudient, partly broken and very worn out furniture, shower did not work properly, musty and damp room, ventilation hardly possible, badly repaired water damage

The staff were very friendly
The TV in my room was difficult to view from the bed & there was only an uncomfortable chair to sit in. I didnt feel like an executive room The room had been nicely refurbished but the bathroom was dated & very small

This hotel really impressed us, especially the delicious breakfast that set us up for the day and the lovely clean room that was just perfect for our family. We enjoyed relaxing at the cozy bar and taking a dip in the pool, both great spots to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads up, the hallway carpets could use a little updating, but it didn’t take away from our overall positive experience! 😊
